How to setup your Mail Account
The email account is usually set up automatically after the email address and password have been received. Some mail programs ask for the mailbox type. This mailbox is of type "Exchange". (It is NOT an MS365 account or Outlook.com)
During setup, your email program may ask you to confirm the certificates used. Please confirm this (choose option "save decision forever").
If the setup is only possible manually (this happens with some smartphones), then
- select type “Exchange”
- Server URL: activesync.hostedoffice.ag
- Enter email address as your username
This should make the setup possible.
If you would prefer to access your emails via web access, you can do this via http://webmail.yourdomain.com
